Shipping Overview:
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $99 to customers within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders under $99 ship with a flat rate of $9.99.
Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, military APOs, or international addresses.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we check to confirm the item(s) are in stock and available for shipment. If your item(s) are on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) for order processing.
Order Shipment:
After your order is processed, we strive to ship your items as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship within 1-5 business days, although some brands have additional lead time. This will be noted on the product page.
Delivery time varies between 1-7 business days.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Freight Shipping:
Items that are too large or heavy to ship by standard ground carrier require freight shipping. These items are packaged on a wooden pallet or in a wooden crate. Here's an overview of the freight shipping process:
- When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that includes an estimated delivery date to your local freight terminal.
- Upon arrival at the local terminal, the carrier will call you at the phone number you provided to schedule a delivery appointment within the next 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).
- Freight shipments are delivered curbside. The driver will bring the item to the curb and is not authorized to move it further. If assistance will be needed, please arrange to have extra help on hand or contact support@ridgelineair.com before placing your order.
- Upon delivery, you will need to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Damages:
Prior to signing, please inspect the packaging of your item(s).
- If there is minor damage, we ask that you accept delivery and indicate the damage on the delivery receipt. Once you have accepted delivery, unpack your boxes and inspect the items in your shipment. If you discover damage to your items, it is your responsibility to take photos of the damage. Please notify us and send photos to support@ridgelineair.com the day of delivery.
- If items are missing, we ask that you accept delivery, indicate the missing items on the delivery receipt, and notify us at support@ridgelineair.com within 24 hours.
- If there is severe damage, mark “Refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt, reject the delivery, and notify us at support@ridgelineair.com immediately.
